POSTER - Wildflower Waltz with Solar Eclipse - Linden, Texas

Wildflower Waltz is a Commemorative poster of the 2024 eclipse event over the East Texas area.  April is a time to celebrate wildflowers in Texas.  Vibrant wildflowers such as daffodils, bluebonnets, lilies and iris glow in shades of yellow, orange, and purple, dominating the foreground against a dramatic night sky with a glowing eclipse. Dotted with twinkling stars, the sky casts contrasting tones of blue and purple, while hints of wildlife and distant hills suggest a rural Texas scene in the shadow of the Solar Eclipse.
The festival forms of triangle along state highways 49, 155 and 11 between these three towns where you can enjoy the beautiful blooms during the spring season.

* This artwork is a dedication to The Wildflower Trails Festival and the towns that celebrate the event:  Avinger, Hughes Springs and Linden.  Hughes Springs is the Artist’s hometown !
